Return Window

RealCock Toys offers a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to submit a return request. Returns requested outside this window will not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition
  • The item must be unworn and unaltered
  • Original tags must be attached
  • Original packaging must be intact
  • Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, contact our support team at sales@realcocktoys.com prior to shipping any items back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to send the product.

Damages, Defects & Incorrect Items

We ask that you inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@realcocktoys.com within 7 days of delivery. We will assess the issue and work to resolve it promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

RealCock Toys does not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item or size, please initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.

Refund Processing

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or card issuer. If 15 or more business days have elapsed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at sales@realcocktoys.com.
