Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.

*Please note: VIT Points cannot be earned on digital Gift Card purchases.

1. Gift cards are only eligible for use at realcocktoys.com. Gift cards are not eligible for use in-store.
2. Gift cards do not expire.
3. Gift cards cannot be returned and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
4. Gift cards are non-transferable and resale is prohibited.
5. If a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided.
6. Coupons, promo codes and other discounts may not be used to purchase gift cards.
7. If a purchase made with a gift card is returned, the gift card will be credited.
8. Gift cards are redeemable by U.S. customers only.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RealCock Toys purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items. Unopened products in original packaging are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, we will provide a free replacement or full refund with no questions asked.
